Application
robust hardwall hose used for abrasive slurries in various processes of the mining industries. Suitable also to work in coal refining plants, in steel and cement industries and in other applications. Aluminium split flanged shells are designed to fit on the hose cover. This interchangeable feature allows quick adaptation to different system configurations, continuous flow and easy maintenance. Contact IVG for compatibility between hose and fittings used.

from -30°C (-22°F) to +70°C (+158°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth NR rubber which withstands the passage of abrasive materials.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish) SBR/NR rubber, resistant to abrasion and environmental conditions.
