During the reporting biennium, we further reinforced our corporate culture, which is rooted in legality, integrity, and sustainability. This commitment was reflected in the gradual implementation of the Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231, alongside the adoption of the Code of Ethics, whistleblowing mechanisms, and policies aimed at promoting health, safety, and environmental protection. Moreover, we ensured the ethical management of supplier relationships and introduced ESG criteria as integral components of our governance framework.
