Application

hardwall hose with corrugated cover for suction and discharge of a wide range of dry or water-mixed abrasive products (sand, cement, gravel, etc.). It can be cut to the required working lengths and fitted with flanged half-shells directly on the site.

Hose suitable for use in ATEX environment. Tested by the notified body INERIS.

Temperature

from -40°C (-40°F) to +70°C (+158°F).

Electrical Resistance

hose grade Ω-CL according to the standard ISO 8031 for lengths equal to or lower than 30 m.

Construction

Tube:

black, smooth, SBR/NR rubber with good abrasion resistance.

Reinforcement:

high strength synthetic cord and steel helix wire.

Cover:

black, corrugated (wrapped finish), SBR/NR rubber with good abrasion resistance.

Branding:

continuous red stripe “IVG Abr (family logo)...”.
