Sustainability is built every day through concrete actions, shared responsibility and a long-term vision.

With our second voluntary Sustainability Report, we are pleased to share, in a transparent way, the journey we have undertaken, the results achieved in 2025, and the goals that continue to drive the growth of IVG Colbachini and the other companies within the Group.

Our Report highlights the Group's ability to bring together diverse skills, experiences and perspectives, transforming them into a shared strategy. Accelerating the Energy Transition
Among the most significant achievements of 2025 are a 117% increase in energy generated by our photovoltaic systems and the fact that 58% of the electricity we consume comes from renewable sources.
These figures reflect our ongoing commitment to improving energy efficiency and adopting increasingly sustainable solutions to support our industrial operations.

Every sustainability journey requires solid foundations to deliver meaningful results. In 2025, strengthening our ESG governance was one of the key priorities supporting business decisions, investments and initiatives, ensuring alignment, continuity and responsible long-term growth.
