CLEARCOND LL is the IVG hose with five-star technical performance: it boasts a high number of certifications, obtained after months of rigorous testing.
Here’s what makes it special.
For chemical applications.
CLEARCOND LL complies with EN 12115:2021, the European standard for chemical hoses. Its structure withstands a pressure of 16 bar, with a safety factor of 4:1. It is ideal for a wide range of chemical products used in various industries.
The hose is Ω/T, meaning it is electrically conductive both in the inner tube and the wall. Its electrical properties make it safe for ATEX environments, as confirmed by tests conducted by the notified body INERIS, which verified its stable and reliable behavior thanks to the consistent quality of the materials used.
For food applications.
CLEARCOND LL meets the main European standards for hoses intended for contact with food: EU Reg. 10/2011, EC Reg. 1935/2004, and EC Reg. 2023/2006. It is suitable for a wide range of food products, including acidic and fatty foods, dairy products, and alcoholic beverages up to 50% vol. It also complies with German market requirements, using materials certified to BfR III - 2021 edition, and it also meets FDA title 21, section 177.1520. The hose is phthalate-free.
Thanks to these certifications, distributors and users can confidently offer it worldwide, both to food industries and to specialized fine chemical sectors that serve pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and cosmetic supply chains.
And that’s not all.
The inner tube is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW), in a white/black speckled finish with low-friction surface. This ensures smooth flow of any fluid, both during use and cleaning operations. The white outer cover is non-staining, ideal for environments where maintaining cleanliness is essential. It can be dragged across any surface without concern.
