Application
softwall hose designed as a flexible connection in air brake systems in rail carriages and locomotive systems. Fire resistance with low toxicity and low smoke emission is guaranteed by fiber glass protections embedded in the hose wall. Halogen free. It meets the Running Capability only for hoses completed with fittings according to Trenitalia Technical Specification n° 373407 esp. 06.
Temperature
from -30°C (-22°F) to +80°C (+176°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and heat resistant fiber glass plies.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), long lasting rubber, weathering, ozone, oils and fire resistant.
